Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa, Arrecife (Lanzarote)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room I stayed in had incredible views of the sea and the coast towards the airport, it was on the smaller side and there were ongoing construction works nearby. The hotel itself is warm and welcoming, though at times there was a lack of interest and help from the staff. The location offers beautiful sea views and easy access to transportation for exploring the area, though some parts of the property appeared run down. The dining options were delicious, but a bit repetitive, and the facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering fantastic views, although there were initial noise issues due to a nearby bar on the 17th floor. The service was exceptional, with staff being incredibly helpful and friendly, making arrangements for bike and car hire effortless. The location, while not central to the main holiday spots, was great for exploring Arrecife and nearby areas. The dining experience had room for improvement but was decent overall. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, catering to basic needs.

I was on the 15th floor with amazing sea, beach, and city views, which was breathtaking. The room was large, offering great views, but it wasn't ready for us until half past 16:00, making us quite tired and impacting our New Year's Eve experience. The hotel's location in Costa Teguise was fabulous and serene.
